I recently flew US air and was very disappointed with thier service. It all began when we entered Logan airport. I have never seen such chaos and disorganization. We arrived 2 hours prior to a domestic flight and still almost did not make the plane. When we arrived at our destination our luggage did not. These things happen but the lies and run around we received from US air was shameful. All day they told us the luggage would be on the next flight when in fact it did not come for several flights and my husband had to drive back to the airport to retrieve it or I am sure it would have been lost indefinielty. It appears that when you travel on a smaller plane they can not get all the luggage in but do not tell anyone. They were rude and unreceptive. At point an agent told me I should be happy that my luggage had only been missing 1 day when many people have their luggage lost for many days. Not a track record I would be bragging about.

Over all my experience with Us air was pleasant one. Maybe I'm just easy to please, but I have not had any problems with US Air.i have almost used it many time for my trip. The airline was good for these shorter flights; smooth check ins, luggage, or rude FAs. Service really does feel like a "budget airline" but that's what I expected. Would surely fly with them again adn recommend them to all.

By reading lot of negative reviews about the Us airways i I was not looking forward to traveling with this airline . But by chance i had to travel byt it and to tell you i was surprised though some of the things was not proper but not so bad that you dont fly. our flight from Manchester UK to Philly was fine the flight was not full and we had plenty of room, the food however was not good. On our return flight there was a mixup with our tickets and it took the check in clerk about 20 minutes to sort it out. At the end she said that she was very sorry for the delay and to compensate for our inconvenience she had upgraded us to Zone 1 which was first class. The flight and the service was fantastic we had never experianced anything like this before as we always travel economy. The food was a complete contrast to what we had on the outward flight However this flight was full . Over all the trip was a good one and will surely visit them.
